On the 21stth and 22nd of September 2020, the second Plenary Meeting of the ASCAPE project took place virtually. The main objectives of the remote plenary meeting were to discuss the ASCAPE’s platform architecture and the technical specifications of the pilots, to present the activities performed on the pilots’ preparation, as well as the progress on the dissemination, exploitation activities of the project.

 

During the first day of the remote plenary, the partners engaged into discussions related to the architecture of the ASCAPE’s platform with aim of formulating the conceptual architecture, presented and evaluated a set of suggestions and refinements and discussed the pilot scenarios along with their linkage to architecture specification. The first day concluded with an open discussion among the partners for the open items related to the platform’s architecture.

 

During the second day, the work performed with regards to the creation of the health-economic model of disease were presented. Furthermore, the progress on the dissemination and exploitation activities was presented and the consortium discussed and agreed on the next action items on these aspects. Additionally, the pilot partners presented the work performed so far with regards to pilots’ preparation for the scenarios definition, the scheduled trials setup and aspired interventions per pilot. Finally, the coordination team of the project presented the activities related to the project management of the project.
